I dilute mine pretty heavily. My "during workout drink" is 50g carbs/25g protein in about a liter of water. I'd actually like to dilute it more, but I'd have to carry two bottles around with me or carry a huge jug. A decent liter bottle with a lid that's easy to drink from was hard enough to find...
I always feel like I'm rationing the drink during my hour workout and could easily drink more liquid. I usually end up finishing it off 3/4 of the way into the workout and refilling the bottle with water for the remainder. For a couple of days, I tried carrying two shaker bottles around (750ml each), but it became annoying to carry them around the gym. I suppose there's always my CamelBak!
