I just picked up a 3 gal container of Orange Gatorade powder. I try to get a 3:1 Carb to Protein ratio in my PWO so I used a full scoop of the powder that is about 63g Carbs. I think I realized what a difference the Sucrose makes in the drink. It was SOOOOOO sweet!
I had mixed it with about 16oz of water, but will definitely have to dilute it a lot more.
I guess this will be better though anyways, due to the 5g of Creatine I'm also mixing in.
