If you must use Gatorade, I've heard orange goes best with the chocolate.

You can find malto at many supplement sites on the net. The local supplement shop here carries a few different ones. They were pure malto and were pretty cheap ($9-13 for a couple of lbs).

You have to look at the ingredients, as the bottles have fancy names like "Gain a Lot," "Carbo-Up!," and stuff like that. None of them were called "maltodextrose." But, when I checked the labels, that's all that was in them.
