OK... confession time. Totally blew the deficit yesterday. I got tired and the headache was growing. I resisted at the store OK, but came home and felt desperately hungry and I ate a small handful of cashews. Then I resorted to my emergency meal plan. And I was still HUNGRY after. And I just kept eating the nuts until I'd had five handfuls. Then I had some protein powder with milk. Tried to stay awake, couldn't. Crashed into bed at 7PM and slept for 14 hours. Woke up once in the night, hot... (probably because it was kind of humid from the rain yesterday) and cracked a window, then slept on.

I figured out roughly what I ate and it came to maintenance calories, about 2500. I did not get my gallon and a half of water in either... makes a difference when you aren't awake to drink it! At least I kept my low carb day low carb...

I feel bad, but all I can do is make the rest of the week better, so my meal plan is in place and I'm OK today I think.
