The only form of chicken available everday in the cafeteria at my University is deep fried white meat chicken breasts. I was wondering if it would be unhealthy to include one in my day to day eating. Would it be healthier if I removed the batter from it?
I'm currently trying to gain weight and trying to figure out how to get enough protein. I keep tuna and whey powder in my room but money is tight so I have to limit my servings of powder. I just started using fitday.com to keep track of what I eat.
