Try tracking your cals at Fitday.com. Looking at your diet, it looks like your getting more carbs than protein. If so, your going to continue to gain. Try tracking it and maybe a cutting cycle like Ripped, Rugged, and Dense by Joel Marion at t-nation. I started it a few weeks ago with Adam's diet and the fat is falling off.
