I'm at about the same % bf. Me, I want to cut that back significantly before bulking. Get back to a decent starting place then start adding the weight back on in better proportions.
I'd suggest tracking your cals for a while, just to get an idea. If you've been bulking for a while your eating habits might have you eating too much even following Adams diet. At the end of the day, just like any other diet, if you're eating more energy than you use you'll add weight.
Also dont weigh every day, weigh once a week, you'll always fluctuate day to day.
