Hey guys
I'm new here on this board
I've been lifing for about a year now and I think I have a decent training program
I lift four days a week
sat - back
sun - chest
tues - shoulders
wed - legs
my problem now is that i bulked up to about 160 lbs at 5'8 and my BF went up to 17%
I am thinking to cut down a little bit before I bulk up again
some might say I am too underweight but I think 17% BF is too high already for bulking
I tried Adam's diet but it didn't really work
my diet looks like:
8 AM: low fat milk + whey, a banana, an apple
10:30 AM: peanut butter whole wheat sandwich + tuna
1:00 PM: lunch take out...I'm Chinese so I usually eat Chinese food, 3 entries with white rice but I cut out the rice and replace with some veggies
3:00 PM: 10 egg whites + some veggies
work out
post work out: orange juice + whey
8:00 PM: chicken breast + low fat cheese +veggies
I have been trying to cut for a couple weeks
but my weight keeps fluctuating, sometimes I thought I had lost some fat but the next day I would gain it back
Also I found that when I add in more fat such as nuts, my weight loss comes back
My goal is try to get to 160 lbs at 10% BF
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks
