So what is everyone doing when this is all finished? Continuing? taking a week or two off?
Since I've pretty much been dieting this entire year I think I will be done for the year. I want to keep working out of course but I think I'll eat at my maintenance and not diet down. I will still want to lose about 5 more pounds but I think that'll have to be for another time.
I think I have over trained. It is hard to get my heart rate up even on really hard intervals. I need a break. So I'm thinking a week off from training and then slowing working it back in, taking at least 2 days off a week. I will hopefully incorporate New Rules of Lifting in somehow.
Hopefully Leigh will write a 'what do I do now' post. hint hint!
What is everyone else going to do?
