I don't want to ruin my luck, but I have a history of counting food, exercising hard, and losing .5 to 1 pound per month. I think this month should be great results. I hope it continues. I have liked the OBM when I do make a casserole and planning ahead also has relieved food stress. The concept of this is what you can eat and you can't eat anything else really is very successful for results.
I've really begun to enjoy foam roller and stretching mobility exercises too! A few more days to go, pals!
