I do get hungry sometimes, but doing the single-meal really seems good for me mentally. I'm not in the challenge, so I haven't been doing it on weekends (so I'm on for 4 days Mon through Thurs, then off for 3) and I feel more relaxed when I'm on the program. I don't have to think about food other than how much casserole to eat now or later... in fact I have a serving left still for today but I'm not that hungry.

It's a lot harder to rationalize a little of this or that, and it's harder to justify adding 100 kcals here or there, when you have your exact food already laid out for you. I like that. I actually found myself missing the OBM this past weekend. However, as we always go out Sundays for dinner with my parents, and tend to eat out on Saturdays pretty frequently, I don't think my H and family would take well to me saying no just because I want to eat my own food. They're patient and supportive, but I also have to have a limit to how much this can intrude on "normal" life... does that make sense?
