You HAVE to try these! It's like eating chocolate cake. :-)
Instead of Oats I used Trader Joes high fiber cereal. 3 servings (2/3 cup) of it.
2 small bananas
BANANA 176 g
Unsweetened pure cocoa - 2 tbsp
Chocolate Protein Powder - 3 scoops
EGG WHITES - 3
NONFAT MILK - 2 OZ
WALNUTS - 20g
I just mixed it all up, put it in a baking pan, heated the oven to 350, and baked for like 20 minutes.
This is only about 1000 calories and not enough protein because I'm eating out tonight. But obviously you can play with the ingredients.
