Thanks ya'll!

She was previously lifting like an athlete but was very overly fat. After seeing me change other people she decided to try out my techniques. She started in January but was not lifting hard, just going through the motions, and we were eating out a lot and such. By the end of June she was down from 30% to 23%. Not a great transformation at that point, but she was still learning to lift with intensity and still learning meal prep. Everything we did was based on her Biosignature Modulation profile. No cardio, only lifting.

Her friend Rachel Cammon got her pro card that August I believe, and was telling Brianna about it. Well, the competitive spirit got ahold of her and she went with it. In mid-August she was still in the low 160's and 23% and she started training hard. Twice a day training 3 days out of 5. We dropped the two a day training about 5 weeks ago and added sprints and intervals. She stepped on stage 11.5% or so and now she's about 11% for the competition tomorrow.

I would like to get her down to about 10%, so that's our goal after a little bit of time off.
