You hit it right on the money when you said that I want to gain muscle. The only real fatty thing I drink or eat would be whole milk. I drink about 4 to 8 cups a day.
And yes I am a teen, Im 16. But I wont worry about getting an excessive amount of protein just because I dont get much outside of this drink. However, My whole diet is based around carbs. But Im blessed with a good metabolism and I dont gain weight well at all. Just burn them all. So let me know if Im in the wrong about getting abunch of carbs but little protein, and thanks for the reply. -Seth
