Question

Hello everyone, I did a search on this but didnt come up with much. So anyways heres what Im aksin.

I just started weight training(once every other day and 20 minutes of cardio after a workout) but I dont have good eating habbits. Im not as bad as I used to be but bad.
Anyways Im very healthy and in good shape but Ive started to drink Ensure High Protein to make up for my lack of good nutrition. So heres the facts on it:Total fat 6g
Cholest.5mg
Sodium 290mg
Potassium 500mg
Total Carb. 31g
Protien 12g
So is this bad? Am I getting too much of something by drinking one a day? Please let me know any oppinions you have.
