breakfast- Eggs, whole grain bread, green tea

snack- almonds, milk

lunch- turkey sandwich bag of brocilli

snack 2- myoplex deluxe

workout have a energy drink like gatorade

post workout meal- protien shake, banana

supper- chicken breast,Milk , rasins

snack 3- cottage cheese, some peanuts

how about that? with the same calories and protien carbs fat ratio
