Like others have already said pb PWO is a killer. Maybe throw a banana in with your PWO shake becasue you don't have enough fruits and veggies.

At lunch, instead of 4 pieces of bread have 2 with double the meat. Then, add a bag of veggies like brocilli or some veggie you like.
