im thinking of this as my diet when im on HST
breakfast- Eggs, whole grain bread, Milk
snack- almonds, milk
lunch- 2 turkey sandwichs
snack 2- myoplex deluxe
workout have a energy drink like gatorade
post workout meal- protien shake, all natural peanut butter
supper- chicken breast, milk, rasins
snack 3- cottage cheese, some peanuts
and the total calories would be around my 2450 (to maintain my weight its 2150)with protien carbs fat being 40/40/20 I want to gain muscle slowly while not gaining fat I will be taking a Creatine supplement as well called NOZ by nutrabolics.
The diet is closely based on the bulking diet in MH muscle.
