There was a great guide in the Core Performance book. Use the color of your pee to see if you're dehydrated, if its clear or light yellow you're fine. If your at the toilet every 15 minutes you're drinking too much. Makes it easy to work things out for yourself rather than try to drink x cups of water every hour or whatever.
