I was thumbing through the latest issue of Men's Fitness and saw some recommendations for quick meals. I was surprised that they were recommending Stove Top Stuffing and some kind of cheddar/potato microwave things (bleh!!). I don't consider these to be very good choices from a nutritional standpoint. I have also seen similar odd things recommened in MH Magazine. I don't get this, since most of the training experts seem to have converged around similar ideas for clean eating, and I don't think they include Stove Top stuffing and procesed potato puffs. Or am I just being way too food nazi-ish??
