I grabbed a box of Kashi GoLean Crunch at the store the other day, and this stuff tastes *really* good. It appears to be a good alternative to Oatmeal (which I'm getting sick of). Does anyone one know if oatmeal's soluble fiber is the only reason it's good for lower cholesterol and blood pressure? If so, GoLean Crunch might be even better... with 3 grams per server vs. oatmeal's 2 grams.

As you can see, more sugars in the GoLean, but I'm thinking the extra protein and fiber would probably temper the glycemic index and counter those sugars.
