Or better yet, but the omega-3 eggses for their yolk and a white and then use cartons of eggwhites for the rest! Although the grocery store was totally OUT of omega-3 eggses yesterday if you can believe that!

In addition to the Omega-3 eggs, you should be buying regular eggs and throwing their yolks away. The only benefit to the Omega-3 eggs is in the yolks.
Buy both types and save the Omega-3s for eating whole. [/quote]
