I asked this question back on JP's, PB cookie recipe a few weeks ago and never saw a reply. So I ask the question again, would adding Splenda effect a body's insulin levels? Since I'm on Adam's Diet, I want limit my insulin spikes to pre and post shakes, and the one carb allowed meal a day. I know Splenda is a "no calorie" sub for sugar, but I'm curious about any impact it may have.
