AQUA - Autumn Mushroom Tasting Menu
There was an extra course, a
cauliflower mushroom with curry sauce. Fantastic, but my favorite (and perhaps the best thing I've eaten in my entire life) was the porcini souffle with fois gras butter sauce. HOLY GOD it was good.
