Liquids are just measured by volume. You don't weigh them. An 8 ounce serving would be 8 fluid ounces. A teaspoon is a teaspoon. You can look up conversions of milliliters (or cubic centimeters, same thing) to ounces online or simply get a metric measuring device.
as a quick conversion, 1 ounce = 0.02957353 liters, which is then 29.57353ml

No, you're not gonna get super precise, but most things you're measuring in ounces will be ok give or take a small margin of error as their cals aren't huge per ounce. Things that are high caloric value, often have a gram amount as well, or are measured in something smaller thereby making your measuring more precise.
