Julie I just printed out your "pre-hab" workout for glutes and I'll add it to my weight day routine. Can I do it on both "Workout A" and "Workout B" days of Stage 1 of NROLFW? Or should I do those exercises on cardio days? These are exercises I've done plenty of in classes and I know how to do them. (But I don't do classes anymore b/c of the impact of step.)

I'm really afraid that when I go to the doctor, I'll be told something like "rest for 3 months." Honestly, I dont' think I could do it. I'd go nuts without the gym.

Interestingly, my cardio routines don't bother my knees. I think it's because the bending of the knee on the machines I use is minimal (except for the rower) and there's little impact. (elliptical or AMT) Well, and I'm used to them.
