Scott, there are lots of good quad stretches ... prone, sidelying, standing ... basically all the same, just pull your foot to your butt. Hold 30+ seconds. Repeat 2x per side.
The clamshell is lying on your side with your legs together, hips and knees bent about 90 degrees. Without rolling backward, lift the top knee toward the ceiling, keeping your feet together. Slowly lower. Repeat for reps/sets as appropriate.
