I suppose I am in the dog house... I'm a shell to shell egg separator. But then again, I don't eat them raw, so no problems. I think I'm kind of in the frame of mind that a little bacteria exposure just makes you tougher anyway. I'm rarely sick and pretty much have only ever had food poisoning issues with fast food. Don't eat much of that these days!
I am however, very careful with raw meat, fish and chicken handling!
