Yep! I am having the lasagna tomorrow and the quesadillas Tuesday. I won't have time to cook tomorrow night, so I thought I would get it done today. My husband asked if the lasagna was for him, I politely told him NO! I also mentioned it had eggplant and he wrinkled his nose at me. He definitley won't be touching that!
