The one in my area in August, is a 3 mi. run, 6 mi. bike, and 400 meter indoor swim. In that order.
I'm also reading Total Immersion, and from what I can tell my problem in the pool is that I'm not getting on my side. Half the time I go for air I get a mouth full of water. Probably because I'm only moving my head abd keeping my chest flat. I'll be working on that for a while.
