You can find great easy conversion calculators if you Google/search for them. I have a little "widget" on my Macintosh desktop for conversions... We're just as challenged by ounces to grams... I know how big a portion 12 oz of sweetpotato is, but hmm how big is 200 gm raw sweet potato?
