I've just started to find out how to adapt the pancakes for raw pumpkin. I'll need to cook the pumpkin first of course.
Nutrition Facts and Analysis for Pumpkin, canned, with salt is for canned pumpkin: 100g = 34kcal
Nutrition Facts and Analysis for Pumpkin, raw is for raw pumkin: 100g = 26kcal.
Since calories never disappear, this means that 100g of raw pumpkin will go down to 26/34*100 = 76g pumpkin.
If I understand Wilburaz correctly that can of 425g held 300g of actual pumpkin , doing the math this would be 300/0.76 = 395 of raw pumpkin.. something like 400g then. Amirite?
