I had the chance today to look back through some old pics and I found a pic of me a year ago just before I started with my trainer.
At this point in my adventure I had lost roughly 40lbs and was at a bf% of around 31%. My goal when I started with this trainer was not weight loss but body recomp. The next shot is last month. I think I weighed 118 and was at 14% bf or there about.
Here is how I achieved these results:
3 months fat loss to 23% bf
4 months bulk
5 month cut
Today I am doing another bulk to add yet more Lean Mass and I will do another cut after this (probably starting in April timeframe)
I thought it would be coolness if those who were in the first challenge and are now in this new one post a years worth of change. It might add some perspective to someone or maybe inspiration.
