Sarah, each of my 3 meals consisted of 2 pancakes, 2 slices Applegate Farms Sunday Bacon, strawberries, orange slices, and 8 oz of milk. I think I posted a pic and nutrition stats in my training log.

I haven't had a hunger issue since starting the challenge. All the protein and water are filling me up! I think the pancakes were a much more satiable way to eat 12 egg whites in a day, though! I just bought more pumpkin today and plan to make them again soon.
