Thanks Anne! That's funny because I think lifting early is harder than cardio. It's like the blood doesn't want to get flowing yet that early.

5am, yes, on occasion, if I wake up that early without an alarm, I like to get the workout out of the way. I only workout that early from time to time. It's the people like Lorigaud that consistently work out early that wow me.
As far as body comp, I look pretty much exactly the same as the beginning of the challenge because I've been eating at maintenance, i.e., surplus on lifting days and deficit on cardio days. At some point during the challenge I will diet. But right now, it's a delayed gratification thing
Worked out early again today, will post details later, except to say I think yohimbine makes me nauseous. I drank 1/2 can of Spike (energy drink with yohimbine) preworkout and I wanted to yak at the gym
