UNTIL Leigh tells me otherwise, I am planning on learning how to make "one big meal" but in the meantime I will prepare my 4-6 meals in the morning or the night before, and eat them 4-6 times as usual. What will be different that I will not "wing it" dinner/evening time; I will only eat what had been prepared (I will microwave it though). I will not do ESE. I will not cheat, and count those in to my fitday. For 30 days. This will take me through and past the Halloween candy bowls at work, which is a good thing.

I think if you want to play, krispy1138 and others, think outside the box and as long as you are following the rules it can be okay.

Who's to say 1 big lasagna is diff than
protein shake fruit; cottage cheese, vegies, chicken salad, soup turkey, steak, rice brocolli

If you mash all that up, I guess it could be a weird lasagna.

I just don't think you need to use "I don't want to make a lasagna" as an excuse not to play if you want to play.

I do plan to learn and see what I think about making 1 big meal for the day that I eat 4-5 times during the day.

my 2 cents
