I'll use Crossfit's METCON workouts for my intervals to mix things up. So long as you stick to moves you're comfortable with, it's probably okay for that.
But it's a VERY different training scheme with a very different goal than Alwyn's workouts.
My Not One Bit humble opinion would be to complete NROL4w, subbing Crossfit METCONS for interval days (which they almost are), before moving trying the full-blown Crossfit.
It's on my list of things I'd try if they ever open an affiliate close to here.
