Default CrossFit Style Training with Stage 4

Hello All,

My trainer has peaked my interest in CrossFit training. A simplistic definition of cross fit, you complete a series of exercises back to back before taking a break. When you become really good at this, there is no break.

To satisfy my new found interest in this style of training he suggested I perform my Stage 4 in this manner. The A exercises in both A and B workout I perform normally, but the remaining exercises I loop through all before taking a break. My break is 1 to 1 ratio between workout time and rest time. For workout 1 my times were 4:50, 4:02, and 3:40. For workout 2 I was closer to 3. I then threw in the body weight matrix, which has me hooked, at the end of workout 2. I've seen great progress with the BWM, in the beginning I couldn't even get through one time without stopping! Today I finished closer to two minutes.

I would like some thoughts on this. Am I nuts? I am wondering if anyone else tried this with their workout and what kind of effect this may have on my results?

I felt good overall and this method kept my heart rate up the entire time.

Jo
