Today's weigh in 197.4 (+1.4 lbs since start)

FOOD MEALS TODAY:
  1. 2 eggs plus 1 egg white/ 4oz steamed vegies
  2. 6 oz lean ground beef/8 oz steamed veggies
  3. 5.5 oz salmon/8oz steamed veggies
  4. 2 cups cottage cheese and 20 raw/organic almonds
  5. 6.5 oz salmon/7 oz steamed veggies
  6. 54 grams EAS protein, stevia, plus 1/2 Cup cottage cheese blended into a shake.
Walked for 1 hour during lunch. Pretty sore from yesterday's workout--especially going so low in the squats. One thing I learned, though, is that I'm not supposed to be supersetting Squats and Deadlifts together in Hypertrophy I. OOOoops.
