I make these ALL the time!
I use the Lite Italian Flatout (more protein, I believe)
I use Mids Pizza sauce (less carbs/sugar than most of them)
And, I use some chopped onion, turkey pepperoni and fresh basil
I use the part-skim mozzarella
YUM! One of my favorite meals!
