Ok, so I decided to take my TRX out to the park today and need a couple of tips/hints/pointers whatever you'd like to call them...
1. I was using the TRX very early (6:45) and was out at the playground in the park down the street from my house. The playground has that rubber pellet padding that is useful for when kids fall. However, I was having a tough time keeping my footing while doing inverted rows (I'm thinking it'd because it was a bit crisp this morning 44°)...I could try to use it somewhere else I suppose?
2. I am still experimenting, but I am looking for something that'll really hit my upper back & lats. Suggestions?
(I also have to dig out all of the materials that came with it so don't kill me here, but I am just looking for any tips you guys and girls have.)
