Is there anything new on the Alwyn front lately. Glad you gals found it interesting too. I can do about 3 chinups unassisted but no way I can do 6 or 4 sets of 6! Thank goodness for the Jump Stretch Band (bought months ago on a recommendation from Lisa~).
