You could put all the ingredients into a tupperware container, and just add water right before you are ready to eat it (travels well).

I make something very similar, only I add a couple of tablespoons of Cool Whip to make it more like ice cream. I've been eating this same dessert almost every night for over a year and never get bored of it!
