Here's a question: is there really ANY significant difference between chiropractic practitioners, physiotherapists and osteopaths?

Just don't give me the crap written in Wikipedia. According to Wiki - they are all the same.

My PT readjusts spines, chiros rehab people, osteopaths blabla.

P.S. relevant experience will be highly valued!
