What don't you know? Sure the other person may be established, but who's to say your bootcamp wouldn't be more successful. While it may not be a good idea to try to steal his/her clients or run it at the same time, maybe you do a bootcamp geared towards a specific group...stay at home moms, parents/kids after school activity, brides to be, etc.

What exactly does a month free mean? Make sure that this is well defined. You don't want to say you get a month free and have the person think it's 4 sessions a week or something. I think it's better to give out a specific number of sessions (8 for 4 weeks)...

I feel like if you give it to everyone people will make the appointment and not keep it, because they got it for free, but this could also go for the other free sessions as well. When people get 'free' sessions I've learned that they tend to abuse them...
