No problem. You should take a look at Jim Labadie's stuff. What you want to do at things like this is reach the most amount of people while doing the least work. And now I'm not talking about putting out a shotty article, but spending 2 hours writing a short article or a list of "5 Things You Can Do at Your Desk to make you healthier" type of deal will allow you to reach a broader audience then say standing there with one person and talking to them about their bf%.
Maybe something you could do is hand out invites to a complimentary bootcamp class you'll hold the following weekend. Tell them to invite their friends/family. The more people you reach, the greater chance you have of landing new clients.
