i've had it w/ oats. crackers or bread crumbs and ketchup are better.
Carbs are carbs once you get to the point of a lot of calories. I eat lots of oats in my shakes and morning anyway.
Plus, you got that healthy HFCS in ketchup that makes it that much better.
