Interval type thing:
Hill runs 4x - long hill by my house, probably about 100m. Was planning on doing 6, but again with the stupid knee. I would rather be able to work out then not at all by pushing it.
So didn't go up in any lifts. Hoping to next time with 12 reps. Time for a change - I am starting to get discouraged and am feeling wimpy
