Default triathlon books

I know that there isn't going to be one single stand alone be-all-end-all tri training book. But any ideas what are some of the good ones or ones to avoid?

I want general training information and some training plans for different distances would be nice.

I've downloaded what I can from beginner triathlete but it sounds like those programs are too low in volume to get your real competitive.

Thanks fellow triathletes
