Uses/recipes for labneh (yogurt cheese)
So i made some labneh out of plain ff yogurt and surprisingly enough I didn't screw it up. Anyone have any good recipes or uses for it? I've read its good as a dip, but not sure what to put in it.
Ive also read that it acts as a good thickener for sauces. I have a cottage cheese based cheesecake recipe, if i blended some of the labneh with it, would it help thicken it up? (make it a little more like real cheesecake thickness)
